How, when, where could it be implemented in the Practice Enterprise learning experience?
The material could be implemented in the PEs as extra activity at any moment where the need is felt. It can be inserted in the PE experience as a differentiation tool.
Is there a need to include other trainers / teachers / subjects?
No, there is no “need” for this.
What topics could be connected in the class session / PE Session to introduce the Team Building topic?
Taking up leadership in the PE, preparation for trade fairs, presentation or sales pitch. When students are asked/stretched to step out of their comfort zone.
What does one need to be careful about when approaching this topic?
There is the possibility that youngsters who are extremely insecure and/or experience mental issues become mentally unstable due to these exercises and self-reflection. Also, showing vulnerability is not always possible as certain class groups and schools may not be a safe environment for doing so (e.g. in the case of bullying or dominance of certain peers).
